At Closets and Blinds FL, we provide custom design, fabrication, and installation services for closets, blinds, and related solutions. Because our work is custom and made specifically for each client, we do not offer retail-style returns.
No Returns or Refunds After Contract Signature
Once the contract has been signed, all sales are final.
After the contract is signed:
- No returns are accepted
- No refunds will be issued
- No exchanges apply
Custom Work and Installation Services
Our projects involve custom measurements, design approval, material selection, production planning, labor scheduling, and installation services. For that reason, once a client approves and signs the agreement, the project moves forward based on those approved terms and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded like a standard retail product.
Service Issues
If there is an issue related to workmanship, installation, or damage directly caused by our service, the client must contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed in accordance with the terms of the signed agreement.
