Most in-home consultations take 30–60 minutes. We measure the space, listen to what you need, and walk you through design options on the spot. If your project is large (full home, garage + closets), we may schedule a follow-up.

We typically respond to all inquiries within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). If you submit a form or email outside of those hours, you'll hear from us the next business day.

We can give you a general range over the phone based on your project type. For an accurate quote, we need to see the space in person — measurements and layout make a big difference. The in-home visit is free and there's no commitment.

Most projects are scheduled within 1–2 weeks of design approval, depending on the season. Standard closet installations are typically completed in a single day. We'll give you a firm timeline when you confirm your order.
